Warranty

BASE covers our products under warranty from manufacturing defects for a term of 30 days after receiving your stick(s). If you believe your stick(s) has broken due to a manufacturing defect please send us an email to the address below and be sure to include a description of how the stick broke as well as 4 clear pictures:

• a close-up of the break
• shot of the full stick
• readable picture of the silver barcode on the underside of the stick
• readable picture of the stick spec printed on the underside of the stick
