QUIZ CLIFF - No Kovi Curve???

Hey Cliff! How come you guys don't carry the Kovalchuk curve?

 - Cameron Benway

kovi curve 001Cam's Curve Comments

Cam has a BC01 Hossa curve that he reviewed on youtube and he asked us if we could try building a Kovalchuk curve. Cam loves our stick, but he's finding the Hossa curve a little too open. He likes the Kovi curve because the face is closed and helps him keep the puck down.

New Curve Coming...

The good news is that BASE is working on developing another toe curve for the near future. There have been many inquiries for this toe curve and we know that this new curve will help players adjust to a quicker shot in stride. It will be a closed toe curve so it will be perfect for Cam to help keep his shot down.

Did you know?

At BASE Hockey, the cost to build a new molding for a custom curve is approximately $1500 US. If someone wants us to build a specific curve, we are happy to discuss the possibilities of making their curve a part of the BASE selection... as long as the customer is willing to pay for the mold. And if we decide it's a fit, we'll even name the curve after you!

Wow guys thanks alot. Could you guys possibly give me a little more info? Like will the curve be the the same curve as kovi's with a different rocker? Cuz that would be great! And just out of curiosity who will it be named after?

Did Base ever make this " less open toe curve" blade? Also, what are the exact costs/minimum orders for a custom mold curve if I supply the blade sample?
